Job Summary
The Retail Customer Service Specialist delivers an exceptional shopping experience at the front end by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting with transactions. This role supports register coverage, assists managers with scheduling and workflow, upholds merchandising and presentation standards, and trains teammates on company programs (loyalty, warranties, and credit-card enrollment). The position emphasizes safety, loss prevention, confidentiality, inclusivity, and a collaborative store environment, with responsibilities spanning front-end operations, customer engagement, and adherence to store policies. The teammate traits focus on accountability, customer focus, collaboration, trust, decision-making, and action orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
