Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Specialist at DICK'S Sporting Goods providing excellent customer experiences through an eagerness to help, product knowledge, and execution of Front-End operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding needs, serving as primary front-end service provider, assisting cashiers during complex transactions, supporting department scheduling and workflow, monitoring presentation standards, training teammates on programs (loyalty, warranty, credit card enrollment), adhering to safety and loss-prevention policies, maintaining confidentiality, creating an inclusive store environment, and performing tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time
