Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner, then follow up to identify and support their needs. Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional support and review daily order reports. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining organization and multitasking across all shifts, including evenings and weekends. This role reports to the Operations Manager within a team spirit environment focused on career growth and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
