Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner, then follow up to identify and support their needs. Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional support and review order reports daily. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining organization and multitasking across all shifts, including evenings and weekends. This role reports to the Operations Manager at a retail location within The Brick's team, offering career progression potential and access to ongoing development.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service focus
- Team oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
