Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner, then follow up to identify and support their needs. Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional support and review daily order reports. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining organization and multitasking across all shifts, including evenings and weekends. This role reports to the Operations Manager at a retail location within The Brick, offering opportunities for career progression and access to ongoing personal and professional development.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
