Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner, then follow up with customers to identify and support their needs. Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support and review order reports daily. Other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
