Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner, then follow up to identify and support their needs. Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional support and review daily order reports. Handle other duties as assigned while maintaining organization and multitasking across all shifts, including evenings and weekends. This role reports to the Operations Manager within a dynamic retail environment focused on team spirit and career growth.
Required Qualifications
