Job Summary
A Retail Customer Service Representative at PostNet is responsible for assisting customers with store services and products, operating the point-of-sale system, and handling customer inquiries both in-person and remotely. The role includes training new staff, managing cash register operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring service standards are met. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and effective communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required.

- Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services
- Assist in handling customer complaints and problems in a professional manner
- Multitasking – must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- A valid driver’s license required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software
- Ability to work flexible hours
Desired Qualifications
- Some supervisory skills preferred
- Notary Public certification may be required
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone, and in-person
- May be required to operate a motor vehicle
