Job Summary
Perform customer sales and service transactions, managing high-value cash, cheque, and EFTPOS dealings while conducting identity services such as Australian Passport Interviews. Assist customers with mail and parcel lodgements, promote products through up-selling and merchandising, and handle administrative duties including stocktaking and record maintenance. Build rewarding relationships by understanding customer needs and maintain accurate processing standards. Work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a requirement to lift up to 16kg regularly. Required Qualifications
- Have experience in customer service and/or cash handling
- Be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly and stand for your shift
