Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Manager at Entain Ladbrokes & Coral shops delivering outstanding customer service, driving standards, and promoting safer gambling. Responsibilities include taking bets on a wide range of sports, processing customer transactions including cash handling, demonstrating products and betting terminals, handling customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving, working towards defined targets and maintaining high shop standards. Duties also cover opening or closing the shop as needed, managing a 30-hour weekly rota across variable shifts, and supporting a healthy work-life balance with advanced rota notice. The role requires effective communication, self-motivation, the ability to work alone or as part of a team, and the capacity to adapt to varying shifts.
