Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store, locating products and providing solutions. Perform fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards, engage customers in rewards programs and credit-card enrollment, and support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS). Participate in truck unload, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Execute Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, adhere to SOPs and safety programs, and interact positively with customers and team members. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, and take on other duties as assigned to support the Michaels brand and store operations.
