Job Summary
Facilitate associate development through training, mentoring, and coaching while validating operational message compliance. Lead store operations by directing daily tasks, administering complaints, and acting as the Leader on Duty. Manage pet parent experience by handling inquiries, coordinating events for adoptions and vet partnerships, and overseeing live pet sales and adoptions. Ensure store safety and standards by maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory cycles, and addressing discrepancies in live cycle counts. Prepare online orders for in-store pickup and operate point-of-sale systems for cash transactions. Take immediate action to transport sick or injured pets to the vet as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
- Full-time availability required
