Job Summary
Facilitate the associate experience through training, mentoring, and coaching while validating operational message compliance. Lead store operations by directing daily tasks, managing the point-of-sale system, and ensuring safety for people and pets. Address associate complaints, coordinate store events, and oversee live pet sales and adoptions. Maintain strict cleanliness standards across the sales floor, adoption center, and breakroom. Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures while supporting services businesses as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
- Full-time availability required
