Job Summary
Experience Lead in a retail setting responsible for driving the pet parent experience, leading store associates, and ensuring brand standards. Oversees operational tasks, coaching and developing team members, handling customer inquiries, promoting store events and pet-related services (adoptions, partnerships), assisting with live product demos and online order prep, and supporting loss prevention, inventory control, and store safety. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and capability to supervise when Leaders are not in the store; full-time availability with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling; ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally; comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment servicing pets and pet parents.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
- Leadership experience preferred
