Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Lead at PetSmart provides exceptional pet parent service, leads store associates, supports associate development, and drives loyalty and promotions. Responsibilities include facilitating the associate experience, coaching and training, ensuring pet parent experiences across in-store, phone, and online channels, promoting adoptions and partnerships (vet clinics), handling live pet sales, assisting with inventory tasks, operating POS systems, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, and upholding brand standards and ethics. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior leadership experience preferred. This role is paid hourly, with compensation based on experience and location.
Required Qualifications
