Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Lead responsible for delivering a excepcionally positive pet-parent experience, leading and developing associates, training and onboarding, coaching and performance feedback, and acting as Leader on Duty. Responsibilities include ensuring store safety and cleanliness, merchandising, supporting services partnerships (adoptions, vet partnerships, and clinics), promoting and selling merchandise and services, handling online orders and POS transactions, and supporting store events and promotions. Requires leadership, strong communication, ability to manage tasks and compliance with policies, and flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years retail experience in a customer-focused environment
- Leadership experience preferred
- Full-time availability required, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Supervisory responsibility
