Job Summary

Experience Lead responsible for delivering pet parent service, driving the pet parent experience strategies through loyalty and promotions, and overseeing store operations including coaching and developing associates, handling live pet sales and adoptions, coordinating events and marketing efforts, and ensuring a safe, clean, compliant store. Responsibilities include leading with the Leader on Duty, supervising tasks, resolving associate concerns, supporting POS operations, preparing online orders for pickup, maintaining merchandise standards, and promoting pet-parent facing initiatives. Key skills: leadership, customer service excellence, communication, training and onboarding, merchandising, operational execution, and ability to work flexible schedules in a retail environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to react under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills.
