Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Lead at PetSmart oversees store operations and experiences, driving pet parent satisfaction, loyalty and promotions, and leading associates (including acting as Leader on Duty). Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, ensuring safe and clean store standards, coordinating live pet adoptions and events, assisting customers in person or over the phone, handling POS transactions and cash, preparing online order pickups, merchandising, and supporting various services. Requires 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
