Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service by taking bets on various sports, processing transactions including cash handling, and demonstrating betting terminals. Urge safer gambling practices and handle customer complaints with empathy while maintaining high shop standards. Open or close the shop and work towards defined targets within a team that serves customers and builds relationships. This role requires a minimum of 16 weekly hours across Monday to Sunday shifts from 8am to 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Candidates must be 18 or older with prior customer-facing experience and familiarity with cash handling. The position offers optional overtime, a pension scheme, discounts with retailers, and development opportunities within Entain's global sports betting and gaming brands.
Required Qualifications
