Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service and urge safer gambling while taking bets on various sports and events. Process customer transactions including cash handling, demonstrate betting terminals, and resolve complaints with empathy. Maintain high shop standards and manage opening or closing procedures. Work Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm across a 30-hour weekly rota that varies week to week.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
