Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service, urge safer gambling, and take bets on various sports and events. Process transactions including cash handling, demonstrate betting terminals, and resolve complaints with empathy. Maintain high shop standards and open or close the store. Work Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm, with a typical 35-hour weekly rota that varies and is provided four weeks in advance. You must be 18 or over with prior customer-facing experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
