Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Manager role in Entain's Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Deliver outstanding customer service, promote safer gambling, take bets on sports/events, process transactions with cash handling, demonstrate products and betting terminals, and handle customer concerns with empathy. Maintain high shop standards, open/close the shop, and work across a weekly rota with a blend of opening/closing and evening shifts. The position emphasizes targets, customer-facing interaction, and an inclusive, supportive team environment in a part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
- 18 years of age or over to work in betting shops
