Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Manager role in Entain’s Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Deliver outstanding customer service, promote safer gambling, handle cash transactions, demonstrate products and betting terminals, resolve customer concerns with empathy, and work toward defined targets while maintaining shop standards. Open or close the shop with a weekly rota around 20 hours, across 8am–10pm operations; role requires being 18 years or older and prior customer-facing experience.
