Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service by taking bets on various sports and events, processing cash transactions, and demonstrating betting terminals to clients. Handle customer complaints with empathy while maintaining high shop standards and working toward defined targets. Open or close the shop and consistently urge safer gambling practices. Work Monday through Sunday from 8am to 10pm, with a typical weekly rota of 20 hours including weekend and bank holiday shifts. You must be 18 or older with prior experience in a customer-facing setting, confidence working with people, and familiarity with cash handling.
