Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service by taking bets on various sports and events, processing transactions including cash handling, and demonstrating betting terminals to clients. Urge safer gambling practices and handle customer complaints with empathy while maintaining high shop standards. Open or close the shop and work towards defined targets within a weekend-only schedule of 10 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
