Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service by taking bets on various sports, processing cash transactions, and demonstrating betting terminals. Urge safer gambling practices and handle customer complaints with empathy while maintaining high shop standards and working toward defined targets. Open or close the shop as part of the team responsible for building relationships to encourage repeat custom. Shifts run Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm, with a typical weekly rota of 16 hours including weekends and bank holidays. Reporting to the Shop Manager, this role supports Entain's mission to increase player safety and excitement across iconic brands like Ladbrokes and Coral.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
