Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Manager role in Entain’s Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Deliver outstanding customer service, promote safer gambling, take bets on sports/events, process cash transactions, demonstrate products and betting terminals, handle customer concerns with empathy, work toward targets, maintain shop standards, open/close shifts, and manage a 16-hour weekly rota across shop hours (8am–10pm). Must be 18+, with prior customer-facing experience and familiarity with cash handling.
