Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service, handle cash transactions, demonstrate betting products and betting terminals, and maintain high shop standards in Entain’s Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Open or close the shop, work toward defined targets, and assist customers with inquiries and concerns with empathy and problem-solving. Promote safer gambling and ensure compliance with company policies, while contributing to a team-driven environment and providing development opportunities for personal growth.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over to work in betting shop
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
