Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops by taking bets, processing transactions including cash handling, and demonstrating products to clients. Urge safer gambling practices and handle customer complaints with empathy while maintaining high shop standards. Open or close the shop and work towards defined targets. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm, with a typical weekly rota of 20 hours comprising long opening/closing shifts and shorter evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
