Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service in a betting-shop environment, drive standards, handle cash transactions, promote safer gambling, and manage opening/closing/shop standards while supporting a team to meet defined targets. The role requires ability to work a weekly rota (including weekends) as a key holder and to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Required Qualifications
