Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Manager role in Entain's Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Deliver outstanding customer service, promote safer gambling, take bets on sports/events, process cash handling and transactions, handle customer complaints with empathy, maintain high shop standards, and open/close the shop. Work patterns include varied weekly rota with shifts, in-person shop environment in Cork, Ireland. Requires prior customer-facing experience, comfort with cash handling, and ability to meet defined targets; includes benefits and a diverse, inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or over to work in betting shops.
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting.
- Confidence working with customers in person.
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
