Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service in a betting-shop environment, including cash handling, processing transactions, and demonstrating products and betting terminals. Maintain high shop standards, handle customer concerns with empathy, strive toward defined sales/quality targets, and assist with opening/closing shifts. Work patterns include a weekly 24-hour rota across shop hours (8am–10pm, Monday–Sunday) with a mix of long openings/closings and shorter evening shifts. Ensure safer gambling practices and uphold a diverse, inclusive workplace. Required Qualifications
