Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service, urge safer gambling, and take bets on various sports and events. Process customer transactions including cash handling, demonstrate betting terminals, and resolve complaints with empathy. Maintain high shop standards and manage opening or closing shifts. Work Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm with a typical weekly rota of 10 hours, including weekends and bank holidays. Report to the Shop Manager within the Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop team.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
