Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service by taking bets on various sports, processing transactions including cash handling, and demonstrating betting terminals. Urge safer gambling practices, handle complaints with empathy, and maintain high shop standards while working towards defined targets. Open or close the shop as part of the team serving customers to build relationships and encourage repeat custom. Work Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm, with a typical 30-hour weekly rota that may include weekends and bank holidays. Rota is provided four weeks in advance.
Required Qualifications
- You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting.
- Confidence working with customers in person.
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
