Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service by urging safer gambling, taking bets on various sports and events, and processing transactions including cash handling. Help demonstrate betting products and terminals, handle complaints with empathy, and work toward defined targets while maintaining high shop standards. Open or close the shop as part of the team serving customers to build relationships and encourage repeat custom. Work Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm on a typical 20-hour weekly rota with shifts varying week to week.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
