Deliver outstanding customer service in a Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop, urge safer gambling, take bets on different sports and events, process cash handling and customer transactions, demonstrate products and betting terminals, handle customer complaints with empathy, work towards defined targets, maintain high shop standards, and perform opening/closing duties. Requires cash handling experience, confidence in face-to-face customer interactions, and the ability to work a 20-hour weekly rota across varying shifts; role focused on delivering a welcoming, inclusive customer experience and contributing to a team that wins together.
