Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service, urge safer gambling, and take bets on various sports and events. Process transactions including cash handling, demonstrate betting terminals, and resolve complaints with empathy. Maintain high shop standards and open or close the store as needed. Work towards defined targets while supporting the Shop team in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Shifts run Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm, with a typical weekly rota of 17 hours including weekends and bank holidays. Rota is provided four weeks in advance.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
