Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service by taking bets on various sports and events, processing transactions including cash handling, and demonstrating betting terminals to clients. Address customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills while maintaining high shop standards and working toward defined targets. Open or close the shop as part of the retail team, always urging safer gambling practices. Work Monday through Sunday from 8am to 10pm across a 20-hour weekly rota that includes long opening/closing shifts and shorter evening shifts, with schedules provided four weeks in advance. This role supports Entain's global sports betting and gaming brands, including Ladbrokes and Coral, by building relationships to encourage repeat custom.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
