Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Manager role with Entain in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Deliver outstanding customer service, promote safer gambling, take bets on a wide range of sports and events, process customer transactions including cash handling, demonstrate products and betting terminals, and handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving. Work towards defined targets, maintain high shop standards, and open or close the shop as needed. Weekly rota around 30 hours with a mix of opening/closing and evening shifts. Must be 18+.
