Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service, urge safer gambling, and take bets on various sports and events. Process transactions including cash handling, demonstrate betting terminals, and resolve complaints with empathy. Maintain high shop standards and manage opening or closing procedures. Work Monday to Sunday 8am-10pm with a typical 17-hour weekly rota, including weekends and bank holidays. Report to the Shop Manager within the Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop team.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
