Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service by taking bets on various sports, processing transactions including cash handling, and demonstrating betting terminals to clients. Urge safer gambling practices and handle customer complaints with empathy while maintaining high shop standards. Open or close the shop daily and work towards defined targets within a team that serves customers and builds relationships. Shifts run Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm, with a typical weekly rota of 24 hours comprising long opening or closing shifts and shorter evening shifts. Rota is provided at least four weeks in advance. This role supports Entain's mission to increase player safety and excitement across iconic brands like Ladbrokes and Coral.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
