Deliver outstanding customer service in a betting-shop environment, handle cash transactions, take bets on sports/events, demonstrate products and betting terminals, resolve customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving, maintain high shop standards, and open/close the shop. Work a 15-hour weekly rota with a mix of opening/closing shifts, and contribute to defined targets. Emphasizes safer gambling and inclusive, supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or over to work in betting shops
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
