Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service while urging safer gambling and taking bets on various sports and events. Process transactions including cash handling, demonstrate betting terminals, and resolve complaints with empathy. Maintain high shop standards and open or close the store. Work Monday to Sunday 8am-10pm on a typical 20-hour weekly rota with shifts varying weekly.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or over
- Previous work in a customer-facing setting
- Confidence working with customers in person
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
