Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Manager role in Entain's Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Duties include delivering outstanding customer service, promoting safer gambling, taking bets on a wide range of sports/events, processing cash transactions, demonstrating products and betting terminals, addressing customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills, working towards defined targets, maintaining shop standards, and opening/closing the shop as needed. Working patterns include a weekly rota around 20 hours with a mix of opening/closing shifts and shorter evening shifts; role involves being a key holder.
