Job Summary
Promote an excellent customer experience by overseeing a team of front-of-store Associates, ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty-program promotion. Lead by example, coach Associates, train on front-end principles, assign registers, coordinate breaks, and respond to POS coverage needs. Maintain store organization, communicate priorities to management and staff, support store safety and labor policy compliance, and participate in shrink-reduction initiatives while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
