Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Associate responsibilities include delivering superior member service through greeting, assisting, and thanking members; resolving member concerns in a courteous and timely manner; maintaining merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert compliance; monitoring entrances/exits and auditing services like Express Pay, Curbside Pickup, and Same Day Delivery; following company procedures and upholding GOLD standards; maintaining safety and organization inside and outside the club; and collaborating with team members to achieve goals. Requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, basic math, ability to operate a smart handheld device, and eligibility to work 18+ with ongoing employment consideration for at least 6 months.
