Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer in the Cashier Area and Club Desk, offering world-class service while processing returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions. Execute all front-end operations including lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, and discounts, while maintaining merchandise presence and visual levels to drive sales. Accept cash, credit, and debit payments securely, ensuring transactions comply with Standard Operating Procedures. Keep the front-end area clean and organized, maintain operational equipment, and answer basic product or store information questions. Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational opportunities. Maintain flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training
- Strong self-accountability
- Proactive drive for results
