Job Summary
Engage every customer in the Cashier Area and Club Desk by offering world-class service, processing returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions, and handling cash and card payments securely. Maintain a clean, organized front-end area with premiere stock levels and ensure all equipment and supplies remain operational and safe. Answer product and store information questions, direct customers to specific areas, and promote upcoming merchandising events using store bulletins. Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities. Maintain flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training
- Strong self-accountability
- Proactive drive for results
