Job Summary
Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions at the Cashier Area and Club Desk while engaging every customer with PGATSS Service behaviors. Execute front-end operations including lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, and coupons. Maintain a clean, organized merchandise presence and ensure all equipment and supplies remain operational. Accept cash, credit, and gift card payments securely in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, and answer basic product and store information questions. Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational opportunities. Maintain flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training
- Strong self-accountability
- Proactive drive for results
