Job Summary
Retail Customer Service Account Specialist I, bilingual in English and Spanish, handles high-volume inbound calls to support customers on financial products. Works in a fast-paced call-center environment, delivering empathetic, solution-oriented service, building customer relationships, following established procedures, and collaborating with a team to meet performance goals. Requires fluent Spanish and English, at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication and computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Training may be required and schedules can include evenings and weekends.
